Shipment Shortages

  • It is the responsibility of the purchaser to promptly initiate claims to FeherGuard for short shipments within 48 hours of receiptreported to info@feherguard.com

Obvious Damage

  • Shipments with visible damage are to be noted and signed as damaged “at time of delivery” on the receiving waybill and reported to FeherGuard within 48 hours – a copy of the waybill must be provided to FeherGuard. Shipments shipped collect are the responsibility of the purchaser to follow up with your carrier.
  • Damaged items are to be held aside to permit the carrier to investigate for a period of 10 days following report of damage. Please await direction after the items have been inspected as a Call Tag may be issued by FeherGuard to retrieve.

Concealed Damage

  • Shipments should be opened promptly upon receipt and thoroughly inspected. Concealed damage must be reported to FeherGuard within 7 days of receipt of order.   Claims for damage reported on day 8 after receipt will not be investigated.
